Knowing where to start with this was simple, begin when I got my first digital SLR camera. This was Christmas 2010 and so from then my photos became more arty and had a greater quality compared with what I used to take on my parents everyday digital camera or on my mobile phone. This image below of myself is not the most flattering, but I like the way that by taking the photo with the flash on, inbetween the first flash and the second turning the camera quickly at around a 45 degree angle it creates this light effect.
